Liv Pure (We Tried It) Here's Our Honest Review After 108 Days!
I am extremely frustrated with Livpure RO’s service and after-sales support. I purchased their RO subscription, expecting a hassle-free experience, but in just a few months, my RO has stopped working four times—December, January, February, and now again in March.
Issues I’m Facing:
Frequent Breakdowns: Every alternate month, the RO stops working, making us completely dependent on backup water sources.
Inefficient Customer Support: Every time I complain, the customer care team just raises a service request and sends an engineer, but the issue keeps coming back.
Unprofessional Engineers: The assigned engineer does not diagnose the problem properly, is irresponsible, and even misbehaves.
No Compensation for Downtime: During these breakdowns, Livpure has hiked recharge prices but refuses to compensate customers by either extending the subscription or providing partial refunds.
Unacceptable Delay in Service: I just contacted customer support again, and they are now asking me to wait 5 days for an engineer or 10 days for a replacement.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Livpure? How did you resolve it? Would love to hear your experiences!
